Advocacy Boot Camp
We know that the work to put everyone in our country on the path to prosperity doesn’t start or end with us. Rather, it requires all of us—working together to advocate for the policies that make it possible for people to get by, and get ahead.
We also know that advocacy can be mystifying. What does it mean to be an advocate? Who is an advocate? What do advocates do? And does it even make a difference?
To address these questions and demystify this “advocacy” thing, we’ve designed this section to be the one-stop shop for content that builds your capacity to advocate. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or just getting started, this “Advocacy Boot Camp” is designed to give you the quick-and-dirty for taking the next step, no matter what that next step may be. We encourage you to start by reading our guide, Putting Prosperity Within Reach, and then to browse our new advocate toolkit and the many resources available below.
