Stephanie Landry is a Senior Research Manager on Prosperity Now’s Applied Research team. In this role, she conducts human insights research to understand the financial capability and asset building needs, preferences, and behaviors of people in lower-income communities. Prior to joining the Applied Research team, Stephanie was a Senior Program Manager on the Savings and Financial Capability team, where she provided writing, research, technical assistance and program coordination for initiatives that help adults and children build financial capability.
Prior to joining Prosperity Now, Stephanie worked in federal budget and tax policy at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, the Senate Finance Committee, and the Office of the Chief Counsel of the IRS. She also previously worked at a low-income credit union in Hartford, CT, where she helped families and individuals achieve their financial goals.
Stephanie holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs concentrating in International Economics from the George Washington University.
