WASHINGTON, D.C. — Prosperity Now today announced the appointment of Sarah Bacerra as its new Interim Chief Program Officer (CPO). Bacerra will lead the organization’s program strategy and execution, reinforcing Prosperity Now’s position as a national leader advancing financial stability and opportunity across the country.

Bacerra is the founder of Trailblazing in Color, a consulting practice supporting organizations in clarifying vision, aligning strategy, and building leadership capacity. She previously served as Chief Learning Officer for the Center for Respectful Leadership and as a Senior Consultant with FranklinCovey, where she focused on organizational learning and leadership development.
